Aromatherapeutic Massage – pour a small amount into the palm of your hand and rub hands together to warm oil, continue with massage.
Aromatherapeutic Moisturizing Water Bath – pour a small amount into warm water and soak.
Aromatherapeutic Scrub – shake a small amount of sugar crystals or Aroma Spa Crystals into the palm of your hand and add enough Aromatherapeutic oil to make a paste.
