DIRECTIONS:

Apply one coat of BLOOMING ART GEL to the nail – DO NOT CURE.
Add in your Gel Polish and allow it to spread for a few seconds.
Cure 1 minute LED, 2 min UV lamp.
Apply Top Gel/Cure
